Kedves tulajdonosok, csendes hely, nagyon szép környezetben

Luogo magico, perfetto per rilassarsi e passare qualche giorno nella tranquillità più assoluta. Tina, la proprietaria, è sempre disponibile e pronta ad accoglierti con il sorriso, la colazione buonissima con prodotti locali e fatti con amore. La posizione è un altro punto forte di questo luogo, in vicinanza agli appartamenti scorre, appunto, il fiume che tra l'altro è raggiungibile in qualche minutino a piedi partendo dal giardino della struttura.. si arriva a una spiaggetta stupenda che è praticamente privata. Niente da dire, l'unica pecca è essere rimasta poco tempo in questo luogo bellissimo. Tornerò sicuramente con piacere spero il prima possibile!!

Cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis. Le confort d'un hôtel et la liberté d'un appartement. Les chambres sont très bien aménagées et décorées avec goût. Tout dans la maison et la jardin est mignon et cosy et invite à la détente. Le ptit déj est complet et délicieux. Tina est adorable et toujours de bonne humeur (je vous mets au défi de ne pas sourire en entendant son rire), tout en sachant rester discrète. Le lieu est idéalement bien placé, au calme, tout en rendant Kranj, Bled (❤️), Bohinj (❤️❤️) et Ljubljana (❤️) facilement accessible. Même le bourg de Radovljica est mignon. La gare de Radovljica est accessible à pieds pour aller à Ljubljana. La rando qui part du logement pour aller à Bled est très chouette. La baignade dans la rivière sur la petite plage presque privée, à l'aube ou au crépuscule, a quelquechose de magique. A Kokl on se sent aussi bien que les alpagas. Si on avait le budget, on pourrait y rester tout l'été... C'était des vacances parfaites!

Lieu très calme, très bon petit déjeuner, animaux sympas et propriétaires accueillants et aux petits soins.

A nyugalom szigete, aki pihenni, kirándulni szeretne csak ajánlani tudom. Kedves házigazda finom reggelivel… Minden tökéletes🙂

נסעתי עם חברה. שהינו במקום ארבעה לילות. היתה חוויה מושלמת של אירוח. טינה מאירת פנים ולבבית, היחידה נוחה ונעימה, ארוחת בוקר מצוינת. האלפקות והברווזים הוסיפו חמימות, הסביבה ירוקה ומטופחת. מקום לאנשים שמחפשים שקט. אפשר לטייל בסביבה המיידית וגם כבסיס לטיולי כוכב.

Beautiful Location!

Luogo meraviglioso in cui ristorarsi e ricaricare le batterie. Appena arrivati Tina ci accoglie con un sorriso strepitoso e ci mostra la struttura e la camera (n.2), spaziosa e dotata dei comfort fondamentali. Il parco esterno è qualcosa di speciale, dalla casa sull'albero si vede tutto dall'alto, dal ruscello al recinto degli alpaca e delle papere e il senso di pace raggiunge picchi inarrivabili. La colazione è tipica, più concentrata sul salato che sul dolce ma comunque niente male, tutto rigorosamente home made. La struttura poi è vicinissima al paese (15 min a piedi) e alla meravigliosa Bled (10 min in auto). I cani sono ben graditi ma nel parco vanno tenuti necessariamente al guinzaglio, in modo da preservare al meglio gli animali che abitano questo posto incantevole. Prezzi super equi. Tina ti aspettiamo presto in Italia ❤️

Voor een reis naar Slovenië een absolute aanrader! We zaten in een ruim appartement voor 2 weken. Alles in Slovenië is vanaf hier goed aan te rijden. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en ontbijt is in begrepen. We hebben een grote hond en die is hier ook in de watten gelegd. De eigenaar is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze heeft elke ochtend eieren voor ons gemaakt. Op het terrein staan ook alpacas en tamme eenden. Diverse zitjes aan de kreek of een dek in de bomen. Super naar ons zin gehad!

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, supernette Gastgeberin, tolles Frühstück! Auf dem Hof mit den vielen Tieren kann man wunderbar entspannen. Danke, Tina für die tolle Zeit

Magnifique endroit au bord de la rivière, beaucoup de possibilités d'hébergement, parking privatif très bien géré, accueil très chaleureux, ne manquez pas le petit déjeuner proposé et préparé par la propriétaire, un régal. Quand la saison le permet, un équipement extérieur très complet et accessible à tous : bain de soleil, barbecue couvert si nécessaire, tables, animaux. Pour ces équipements, le bois est privilégié.

Super zařízený nový, bo zrekonstruovaný penzion. Pokoje jsou vlastně byty 1+kk s vlastním sociálním zařízením. Ve standardu WiFi, televize, dvouplotýnka, někde konvice, někde konev na plotýnku, mikrovlnka a myčka, nádobí na jídlo i na vaření a v prádelně je pračka. Paní Týna je milá a srdečná mladá žena. Všude čisto. K dispozici venkovní posezení s grilem. Krásná příroda a další kulturní vyžití v blízkém městečku Bled.

Great hosts. Brakefast is very tasty. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. High recomended. So very quite and serenity. Great shopping centers very closed. It is the best place to stay closrd to Bled and bohini.

Despite this being an apartment breakfast was included and it was excellent! The compound has loads of space to chill and the Save river is close by, which makes it easy to have a quick dip in the water even without going somewhere else. The internet access was exceptional not only in the apartment itself but on the whole compound, which makes it an excellent place to work remotely. Finally, to top it off, the hosts were just incredibly friendly and helpful. The whole trip couldn't have been a better experience!

We stayed in May 2022 for 3 Nights - travelling a lot we can give an honest point of view.|We have visited the BLED Nat.& intl. Dog Show and wanted a quiet nice place to stay.|I found this place over book.com and how glad we are!|The hosts Tina in particular is a natural host by heart! Friendliness greets and the entire compound is build with passion & heart! |Live animals (alpacas, ducks, cats & their dog) all give such a lovely vibe!|The area is in the greens and 2 min walk and you are wondering a forest road next to a large river bank. (Great for morning walks!)|Breakfast is served in the morning daily and you can choose sitting in or outside (having the alpacas watching:) so great! The food is wonderful all you need!||There are several zones around the compound where guests can rest or mingle with each other. May it be a treehouse style pavilion build up in the trees (super!) or in several zones in front of the rooms. There are bbq areas Etc etc….|The apartment rooms are spacious, with kitchen, top bathroom and seating area, couch zone and sleeping area. Top AC and all real homey and nice! We loved it!||We had one sunny day and 2 cold rainy days BUT when the place you stay is nice then all is good!||We definitely come back and can highly recommend.||Thank you Tina!||See you soon!|Thomas Nastia & Mischka :)

Wow.. great place.. perfect breakfast.. welcom honers..

Sehr gemütliche und liebevoll ausgestattete Appartement-Anlage in ruhiger Lage, die von einer super netten Gastgeberin geführt wird. Das Frühstück wird ansprechend und liebevoll angerichtet, und bei schönem Wetter lässt es sich herrlich auf der Wiese am Alpaka-Gehege entspannen. Zum Bleder See und in die reizvolle Altstadt von Radovljica gelangt man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder etwas sportlicher mit dem Bike.

Il posto è davvero speciale, un'area di totale relax immersa nel verde a pochi minuti da Bled. La proprietaria sempre gentile é più che disponibile per ogni tipo di consiglio sul cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni. Servizi top, 5 stelle senza il minimo dubbio

What a fabulous place. Lovely owners and reasonable prices for overnight stays. Perfect family destination and a great base to explore Slovenia from.

Cozy little apartments with everything you need. The location is nice with the stream bubbling by the apartment and the lamas make it a bit different in a good way. The host is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just amazing with homemade products that are really tasty. Will return for sure.

Odlicno!

Okt 2019 entdeckten wir auf Empfehlung die Apartmentanlage.||Wir waren so etwas von zufrieden. Unterkunft toll, Gastgeberin freundlich, hilfsbereit, nett. Frühstück abwechslungsreich mehr als ausreichend.||Nur zu empfehlen.||Ausgangspunkt zu vielen Zielen.

Ottima posizione nel verde, ottimi proprietari, colazione super, luogo adatto per rilassarsi durante una vacanza a pochi chilometri dal lago di Bled

Very outgoing service and perfect location for relaxing or free time activities (fishing and hiking in particular, in the summer also swimming) the food is made just like your mother would make it. The dining room is designed very cozy with a lot of wood and fitting decorations.
