Od prvega do zadnjega srečanja sva se počutila, kot da sva na kavi z dolgoletno prijateljico in ne z nekom, ki ga ne poznava. Petra ima talent, da vnaprej ve, kaj si želiva, tudi in predvsem tiste stvari, ki jih nisva znala ubesedit. Karkoli sva si zamislila, nama je uresničila in tudi ob najbolj nepričakovanih zapletih se je vse uredilo (zaradi požara smo 2 meseca pred poroko menjali lokacijo!). Poroka je bila pravljična, kot bi vzela podobo iz najine domišljije.

S pomočjo Petre je bil najin dan popoln. Vzela sva delno pomoč pri organizaciji poroke, kar pomeni, da sem se nanjo vedno lahko obrnila, ko sem jo potrebovala pri organiziranju, na poročni dan pa je poskrbela za vse od A do Ž. Ko sem imela pri pripravah kdaj občutek, da je vsega preveč, sem jo poklicala in me takoj pomirila, da je dovolj časa in bo vse ok. Usklajevanje je bilo enostavno in ko sem potrebovala pomoč pri izbiri ponudnikov je vedno imela na zalogi priporočila za top ekipe. Še teden dni pred poroko smo imeli tezave glede pleten, Petra je vse uredila in je šlo na dan poroke potem brez problema. Na dan D sva z ženinom lahko uživala v nepozabnih trenutkih, saj sva vedela, da ima Petra vse pod nadzorom - od časovnice, usmerjanja gostov, pogrinjkov… zaradi česar je bil dan popoln. Hvala ti. Če bi se morala še enkrat odločati bi ponovno izbrala njo in resnično priporočam pomoč organizatorke, da je nevesta na dan poroke brez skrbi.

As I am not Slovenian and most of our friends are from 15+ countries, we had a completely international wedding, which carries its challenges. My husband is from Slovenia so we hired some vendors as our friends or acquaintances but we needed a bit more guidance into 'what is available' and 'who is an expert'. That is why we hired Petra and thank god we did! Planning of weddings matches her personality and strengths so well that it is almost unbelievable. Petra was so helpful especially in the days leading up to the wedding as well as on the wedding day. Many people told me to try to enjoy my day because it would go by really fast and thanks to Petra, I really could. I never had a feeling that I have to rush anywhere or deal with something 'unimportant'. We were there, fully present with our family and friends and that is the biggest gift Petra could gave us. We just finished our four day fairytale wedding at Lake Bled and it truly can only be described as absolute perfection. Petra planned and executed an event with 70 guests from the US, more than a dozen vendors, five locations and complex logistics. Petra is the best wedding planner we could have asked for! From start to finish, she was detailed, knowledgeable, and most importantly passionate about us. The time zone difference made it difficult to chat with her but she was always flexible, being available late into the night and early in the morning. She was able to recommend the best vendors and coordinated with all of them and make sure all of our wishes were met. We especially liked how she had her professional opinions and gave us advice on a lot of things. Her ability to execute during the day of our wedding was especially awesome. We didn't need to worry about a single thing - all the vendors were in place, she explained every little detail to us and our guests so we were never lost, and she even carried heavy umbrellas with her all the time in case of rain. The most remarkable thing was that she had a small accident but came back from the hospital after 2 hours to make sure the rest of the day went smoothly. Če mislite, da ne potrebujete pomoči pri organizaciji poroke, verjemite, da jo! Najin dan bi si težko predstavljala brez Petrine pomoči, ker ona misli na VSE. Res je oseba, ki so jo želiš imeti ob sebi na dan-d. Vsi najini gosti so pohvalili odlično organizirano poroko, do najmanjših detajlov, kar pa brez Petrine pomoči ne bi bilo mogoče. If you are looking for an energetic, friendly, charismatic and over the top wedding planner, Petra is the one! We had our wedding this summer in July and she helped us above and beyond wjth everything. Petra became our right hand and assisted with everything especially when it came to juggling different cultures (latin american/slovenian). The day of the wedding Petra was on top of everything and her energy was transmitted to our guests. We had an amazing time and can't even imagine a better wedding planning experience than with Petra!

When my husband and I decided to have a destination wedding in Slovenia, we picked Petra as our wedding planner due to her impressive credentials and radiating personality that she displayed in our introductory meeting. When you’re getting married, you're dealing with the event you’ve (hopefully 😊) never dealt with before and, therefore, can’t imagine all the details that go into it. Even if you have a very hospitable and helpful location, they are usually not the ones who will help you find the band or make sure your veil looks good in the pictures. With this in mind, it’s clear - having a wedding planner makes sense. We wanted Petra to be our planner since our wedding was in a rather new location and she has soo many experiences in very different settings, so we were calm she will know how to tackle a new one. In addition to all of that, Petra adapted to our personalities, was always ready to help and never pushy, and always with a good attitude. And boy, we needed that; we were so (un)lucky with the weather and the wind, that we totally turned the wedding around to a Plan C and moved it to the next day. This change happened 3 days before the wedding and was only possible with Petra’s help, all the contacts and good relationships she has with the people in this field. In the end, the event was even better than what we imagined. 💛 Looking back, what we cherish the most is that Petra truly gives herself in what she’s doing and she’s doing it with a big heart. You can immediately spot this in her smile, and it shows with all the attention to the details and the energy that also the guests are sensing.

It is almost one year anniversary, since my husband and I married. Looking back it feels like it was an absolute dream really!! A day that could not have been more perfect. We had a smaller wedding (80 people) but we wanted it perfect and for us stress-free. Ko sva premišljevala če rabiva organizatorko poroke sva se z našimi prijatelji (že poročenimi pari) pogovarjali če so oni imeli ali ne. Večina jih ni imela ampak so rekli da če bi eno stvar lahko spremenili bi vzeli "wedding plannerja" ker je organizacija v lastni režiji prinesla veliko stresa in vzela veliko več časa kot pričakovano. Vesela sva da sva jih poslušala in nama niti približno ni žal stroška organizatorke. Petrine izkušnje in odzivnost sta nama privarčevala veliko časa in stresa v pripravah in na dan poroke. Na dan poroke nisva rabila razmišljati na nič drugega kot se imeti fajn ker sva Petri zaupala vse. Vsekakor priporočava 🙌🏻 Hvala Petra!

We liked how Petra takes her time to listen to our wishes and then comes with additional ideas or things we forgot in the first place. Petra has a very nice way of open communication, she gives great recommendations and advice but let's the final decision to the wedding couple. We had to plan our Slovenian wedding from the United States, which isn't easy, but thanks to Petra we where able to get all the perfect venues; photographer, florist, locations and even the cake was exactly the way we had in mind. Petra je Petra, vsemogocna, najboljsa, vedno tu zate, reši težave, olajša delo. Definitivno je bila prava odločitev, da sva jo izbrala. Pomagala nama je čez celoten proces, v 9 mesecih smo izpeljali več kot samo sanjsko poroko, lepšo kot sem si kdaj koli zamišljala. S Petro ob strani je načrtovanje poroke res easy stvar, niti kančka živčnosti in pomislekov ni bilo, da kaj ne bi bilo narejeno tako kot je treba. Verjetno je bila Petra najpomembnejši člen najine poroke. Od samega začetka je bila več kot pripravljena ustreči vsaki najini želji, vsaki spremembi plana/vizije/želje. Ne moreva se ji dovolj zahvalit za vse ure, ki jih je preživela v duhu priprave na najin poseben dan, nama zagotovo ne bi šlo tako dobro. Na sam poročni dan je bila je na vseh koncih hkrati. Zaradi njene predanosti, iznajdljivosti in pripravljenosti na VSE možne scenarije, je šel celoten dan kot po maslu, čeprav smo naleteli na nekaj ovir. S Petro ne dobiš le načrtovalke ampak prijateljico. Res je srčna oseba, predana delu in paru, polna topline pomešane s strokovnostjo. Če bi se zopet odločala, bi brez pomisleka izbrala njo! 💕

Petra je izredno pozitivna ter zmeraj nasmejana in z njeno pomocjo je organizacija poroke potekala tekoce in sprosceno. Toplo jo priporocava ce zelite, da je vajin dan se bolj popoln!

Priznam, brez Petrine pomoči pri ogranizaciji poroke, bi bil poročni dan običajen, normalen. S Petrino pomočjo pa je bil popoln in nepozaben - od čudovitega predloga lokacije, najboljše fotografije, banda, torte, dekoracije... vse je teklo kot mora in niti najmanjše skrbi nisem imela, da bi šlo kaj narobe. In to je največ kar lahko na dan poroke dobiš - da si brezskrben in da v ozadju vse poteka po scenariju. Hvala Petra! We are an indian couple living in Vienna and decided to have our destination wedding in Piran and the reception in Portoroz. Petra je poskrbela, da je najina pravljična poroka v septembru, med težavnimi časi, katere doživljamo, potekala brezhibno. Poleg tega je vedno pozitivna, pripravljena priskočiti na pomoč (na poročni dan to zelo prav pride) in prilagodljiva. Njen cilj je poroko izvesti najbolje za mladoporočenca in njune goste in to se pri njenem delu pozna. Nasvet: Petra dobro ve koliko prej je treba kakšno stvar določiti. :) Ne sekirajte se za stvari, ki jih 1 mesec pred poroko še ni. Če jih ni, je to zato, ker ni potrebe po tem, da bi že bile. Na poročni dan je vse do pike urejeno.

Želela sva poroko na Primorskem, ker pa sva korošca je bil to za naju prevelik zalogaj, sploh zato, ker sva to želela izpeljati v slabih 3 mesecih. Odločila sva se za organizatorko in našla sva Petro! Z njeno pomočjo sva dobila prav vse kar sva želela in še več - dobila sva popolno poroko! Petra je bila organizatorka najine cerkvene, elopement poroke. Zelela sva nekaj drugacnega, nekaj cisto najinega, nekaj carobnega. Ze po prvem telefonskem pogovoru s Petro sva vedela, da je ona prava oseba za naju, namrec ze po telefonu se je cutilo njeno energicnost in strast do njenega dela. Predlagala nama je najboljso mozno ekipo in ves dan sva imela obcutek, da so ob nama prijatelji. Ceprav smo se na dan poroke videli prvic, lahko receva, da so nama vsi skupaj po enem dnevu prezivetem skupaj, zelo prirastli k srcu. Petra nama je pricarala popolno poroko, tocno taksno kot sva si jo zelela- poroko, ki jo lahko najbolje opiseva z besedami: to je to. To je tisti obcutek, ki sva ga zelela. Pozabila ni niti na en najmanjsi detajl, glede na majhnost poroke pa je bila tudi najina prica, kar nama je ogromno pomenilo. Pozdravljeni, Google bralci oz gledalci. Zgodba se je začela z iskanjem pomoči pri organizaciji najine poroke. Na prvi pogled nisva vedela kam naj gledava za pomoč ampak po prvem pogovoru z Petro je bilo takoj jasno, da to bo ta oseba, ki nam bo pomagala uresničiti naše želje. Nemudoma smo začeli z organizacijo najinega dne. Bolj kot smo prihajali do zaključkov izbiri oblek, rož in LOKACIJE bol se je naša vez utridla in vedno bolj je posatlo očitno, da smo postali pravi prijatelji. Midva sva si tudi želela, da ta dan nebi biu breme za nobenega ampak da bi vsi v največji meri uživali. Petra helped us make our wedding day magical and just the way we wanted it to be. She did a great job coordinating the entire event and made sure the place was wonderfully decorated. Petra also has great contacts - from top photographers and makeup artists to excellent DJs and musicians. We and our guests had a blast!

Petra is an absolutely amazing wedding planner and made our day incredibly special! She pays attention to every little detail and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Since this was our first time in Slovenia, it was great to have someone to guide us and organize everything from beautiful flowers to an excellent photographer. My wife and I came to Bled from China to have our little mini wedding, so we haven't actually met Petra until the wedding day, but Petra has always been cooperative with our requests. Petra ima ogromno izkušenj, dela s srcem, kipi od energije in je polna zakladnica vrhunskih idej. Zna usmerjati, komunicira ekspresno in je na voljo kadarkoli jo rabiš. Da vse in se vec od sebe, da razbremeni par organizacije in poskrbi za sanjsko poroko. Na poroki jo komaj kaj vidis, ampak si totalno brez skrbi, ves, da bo vse teklo kot mora, od koordinacije izvajalcev, časovnice.... Vedela sva, da bo zaradi Petre enostavno vse klapalo in tudi je. Petra is an amazing wedding organizer. Planning a wedding was the most terrifying thing for us and Petra made it as painless as we could ever hope for it to be. She planned all the details we didn't even know exist. We never thought that we would enjoy planning our wedding as much as we did - the whole experience seemed nerve wrecking. When the moment finally happened everything was like a clockwork - no hickups - no comments. The whole experience was dream-worthy for us and it could never be possible without Petra =) Thank you again for everything!

Ker z možem nisva načrtovala običajne poroke, saj sva se poročila na Sejšelih, ampak “poporočni piknik” za vse najine najdražje prijatelje, sva potrebovala nekoga, ki bo kos najinim željam. Petra je poskrbela, da se je tako uresničil še tisti zadnji delček sanj, da prijateljem na zanimiv način pripeljeva delček poročne zgodbe s Sejšelov. Kljub temu, da redno skrbim kar se da za dobro fizično pripravljenost, na koncu enostavno sam ne zmoreš vsega 🙂 Poskrbela je, da je iz ozadja skrbela in uresničevala stvari iz “to do liste” ter, da so se najini najbližji počutili prijetno in udobno, vmes pa poskrbela tudi za mini presenečenja, pripravljena z dušo in srcem. Tudi sama postavitev in izgled lokacije sta jemala sapo. Nad organizacijo nimam niti ene same pripombe, Petra pa je oseba s katero še danes z veseljem spijem kavico. Toplo, toplo priporočam! ❤️

We got married on the 9th of August 2019 and would highly recommend Petra Starbeck. We started planning our wedding all the way back in December 2017 with Petra after deciding that we needed a wedding planner as we’re from the UK. I probably wasn’t the easiest of brides as I was very ambitious with what I pictured our wedding day to be and very often changed my mind. Petra was extremely accommodating, always listening to all my ideas and wishes. She has great style so was always able to give her advice when needed. It’s hard to plan a wedding when you live in a different country but having Petra do it for me took away a lot of stress. She listened to everything we envisioned and ensured that our wedding day was even more perfect than we pictured. She also knows all the best photographers, videographers, florists etc and can give you a wide range to choose from. Apart from all the planning before our wedding day Petra was with us all day on the big day. She ensured everything ran smoothly so that we could completely enjoy our day stress free. She knew the timetable and where everyone was meant to be. She was so involved in the wedding it felt like she was one of our guests which we are so grateful for. All our guest commented on how nice she was and how good she was on the day and we completely agree. She kept all the children entertained during dinner, not because she had to but purely because she nice approachable person. The children loved her. We think so highly of Petra that we feel our wedding would not have been as perfect without her. We’ve already said we want to renew our vows for our 10th anniversary and We would not hesitate to ask Petra to help plan this day. Za poroko sva se odločila šele meseca maja, na poročno potovanje okrog sveta pa sva se nameravala odpraviti že jeseni - ja, nujno sva potrebovala pomoč! :) Že pri prvi kavici sva vedela, da je Petra prava oseba za naju - topla, nasmejana in entuziastična. Pa še takoj je razumela, kako sva si vse zamislila ;) Pa ne le pomoč pri pripravah in organizaciji, na dan poroke je bila "life-saver" :) Zanjo lahko rečeva, da je skoraj ne vidiš, a je vsepovsod in vedno na pravem mestu! Resnično sva ji hvaležna za vse, saj poročni dan brez nje preprosto ne bi bil enak. V bistvu je bilo tako luštno, da bova sigurno čez xy let obnovila zaobljube in naredila še en žur - z njeno pomočjo seveda :P

We had a two day multi-cultural wedding in Slovenia and Petra is the reason that this was possible. Since we don’t live in Slovenia we literally could not have done it without her. She has all the best qualities that one could hope for - fun to work with, creative, proactive, organised, kind and gives you a feeling that nothing is impossible. She will not only be your wedding planner but also your friend. Her knowledge of wedding logistics and trusted vendors is amazing. She has recommendations for florists, photographers, bands, stationers, catering, cake providers, furniture hire, entertainment, you name it. She often suggested additions which in the end were crucial to the easy-going flow of events but at the same time she also respected the wedding budget and never pushed into something fancier than we wanted. On our wedding day we basically just had fun and did not have to think about anything else. Many guests told is that the wedding was flawless, relaxed, and fun. We are so grateful to you Petra. Petra made our wedding picnic a very special and unforgettable event. Without her help we wouldn't be able to throw such a high-class party. Because we live in Germany, we needed some help with organizing the wedding in Slovenia. Petra nailed it completely! For more then a year before we were in touch over video chats, even if only to calm us down when we were freaking out and to tell us everything is gonna be perfect at the end. She took the time to get to know us and so her advices or suggestions were always spot on. On the wedding day she was the first one there and last one to go. She did an absolutely amazing job. When you’re organising a wedding abroad, a wedding planner is very important. When we were looking for a wedding planner, it was very important for us to have a good click with someone, but also to have a good feeling and trust. With Petra and her enthusiasm, everything was there :) We started with no idea where we want to get married in Slovenia, and Petra helped us to find our dream location! She knows what she talks about and with all the doubts that a wedding brings (food, plan during a day, cake etc), she gives good advice and gives you the feeling that everything will be ok. We were ready for the big day, and on the day itself she was great! I don't know how people do it without a wedding planner, besides the fact that everything was arranged perfectly, it was super nice that petra connects good with all the other vendors. So there is a really good vibe. Thank you again for the amazing day!

Do Petre sva prisla po priporocilih zelo zadovoljnih parov, ki so ze sodelovali z njo. Na nasem prvem "zmenku" sva vedela, da bo najina organizatorka :) Pomagala nama je, da je najin dan potekal tocno tako kot sva sanjala ze od malih nog, torej popolno. Res toplo priporocam vsem parom, ki zelite, da bo vas dan D, tocno tak kot ga sanjate. Well...where can I start...best organisation by far. Petra is super talented,professional,full of energy and has a good knowledge of wedding trends,best guidelines from booking the place to even suggestions on what food and drink to have on the day. On the wedding day she made sure everything was running smoothly and everyone had a great time. We would reccomend Petra at any time. Za organizatorko sva se odločila, ker večino časa živiva v tujini in sva potrebovala nekoga, ki bi nama pomagal pri organizaciji najine poroke. Petro so nama priporočili znanci in že na prvem sestanku smo se ujeli, zato nisva niti razmišljala o drugih možnostih. Skozi celotno leto priprav nama je zelo pomagala s svojimi idejami in izkušnjami. Na poročni dan pa se je sploh pokazalo, kako pomembna je njena prisotnost (tudi, če se kakšnemu svatu hlače popolnoma raztrgajo, ima rešitev😜), saj je vse potekalo točno tako kot sva si zamislila. Prav tako so bili vsi svatje zelo zadovoljni z njo in so jo kar naprej hvalili. Petra, še enkrat HVALA!
