We hired Veda for a transfer of 41 passengers from the Trieste Cruise Port to Marco Polo Airport in Venice. The driver arrived 10 minutes earlier, the bus was in good condition and we arrived at the airport right on schedule. The price was also very convenient. Really great customer service!

Had a trip from Trieste to Venice. We got off the cruiseline ahead of schedule and our driver Robert was already there before our agreed time. Holding a sign with my name. Nice and clean car. Was a smooth ride all the way to venice and he dropped us off at a suggested drop-off point that suited our next transfer into Vencie city. Highly recommended.

I used the Veda Bus service for a transfer between Trieste and Venice. I highly recommend using them, especially if you are a cruise passenger looking for a private transfer. Way cheaper than what the cruise will quote you. Their communication was great so I knew what to expect. The drive was smooth. They did their best to get us as close to the water taxi as they could.

Damjan was great in coordinating our travel from Trieste to Venice. Responsive and flexible . Our ship had to change arrival to the commercial cargo port instead of the usual passenger port at the last minute due to the G7 summit being in town yet the pickup experience was flawless .

VedaBus, this company has excellent customer service from the point of booking, right to the point of drop off. There was constant communication between us, like confirming the booking, making sure there are no changes, or if there were changes, they were flexible. This company was very friendly and also very accommodating, since I had to change arrangements a couple times. Extremely reasonable in their fees. I would definitely book with them if I’m in the Venice/Trieste Italy area.!!

driver could communicate well in english so it was easy to talk to him (not necessary just an added plus) and was nice. nice van and it was a pretty seamless/easy trip. coordinator was easy to reach via whatsapp and very communicative too.

We had an excellent experience with Veda Bus with transport from Trieste cruise port to Venice central. Communication via email and WhatsApp was always easy (and very good English). Our drop off in Venice was at San Basilia area, which was closest to our hotel, and not the usual dropoff for tourists staying in Venice. Veda Bus was accommodating and our drop-off was smooth. Our driver, Damjan, was friendly and informative regarding the Trieste area. We had a stop between Trieste and Venice in a very clean truck stop which was a wlecome break in the 2hr transit. Would highly recommend Veda Bus for cruise port transfers.

Our experience with Veda Bus from Trieste to Venice was excellent! Three of us shared a very roomy and top quality Mercedes van. Our driver gave us water right away and shared pleasant conversation along the journey.

Avoid this company, as after paying for an expensive Mercedes Van we were send an old Slovenian taxi. There was no advice of this change before pickup. After multiple unanswered messages they did finally reply saying the change was due to traffic issue, but I'm not sure we believe this as the taxi driver had a pre-printed sign and pre arranged documents so had obviously been allocated some time before (rather than a last minute change). Whilst they did refund the full cost of the transfer (which we were grateful for and not expecting) I got the feeling had we not complained they'd have just let it go with no comment. If you book an expensive Mercedes Van transfer which is described as a "brand new" van you can't send an old Taxi instead and not advise beforehand. Had they messaged before pick up and explained the issue we would have had no issue but this felt like a 'bait and switch'. We booked this service specifically due to mobility issues and needed a Van, instead we had to squeeze into a taxi and now have a bad back ruining the rest of our time.
